The Sugar Syrup System consists of a double jacketed tank with a dimple jacket for steam heating. The tank is also insulated with 70-100 mm glass wool. The inner and outer jackets are stainless steel 304 / 316. The system also has an option of electrical heating with Stainless Steel Heating Elements.
A stirrer powered by a geared motor is provided to keep the water and sugar in motion during sugar syrup preparation. This is done to ensure no overheating or crystallization of sugar in the inner valves of the tank. The heating system either electrical or steam can be set for required temperature. A CIP system is also provided in form of a spray ball inside the tank for cleaning purpose.
